Patches of Love QuiltPATCHES OF LOVE QUILT

Family Resources | Patches of Love Quilt | Family Correspondence |
Grief and Bereavement Resources

We invite you to make a quilt square for the Patches of Love Quilt to recognize and remember your loved one.

There is a New Mexico Patches of Love Quilt being assembled and a National quilt from the National Donor Family Council which travels across the U.S. and can be viewed online at Patches of Love Quilt

The quilts are dedicated in memory of those who gave the Gift of Life. Each quilt square incorporates pieces of memories to commemorate their life and love. You are also encouraged to write (about 100 words) about your loved one and the meaning of the quilt square's design.

Quilt patches should be eight square inches, including a one-half inch margin of any color or fabric. Use crayons, paint, markers, thread or any medium to design the patch. Please feel free to include the name of your loved one, and dates of birth and death, if you wish. Please try to ensure that the square is dry-cleanable.

Quilt squares can be taken to the New Mexico Donor Services office or sent by mail to:
